Viticulture
A terroir with great potential, situated in the far southeast of the southern Rhône, on the border with Provence with Mont Ventoux overlooking the vineyards. The wines of Ventoux benefit from a vineyard site with an exceptional biodiversity, and the plentiful sunshine that covers the slopes ensure the grapes achieve a good level of phenolic ripeness whilst the cooler temperatures from altitude up in the Ventoux massifs moderate this effect and prolong the ripening period.
Winemaking
Having been producing wine in the region for so long, traditional methods handed down over generations, as well as artisanal techniques aimed at minimal intervention are employed driven by the desire to extract the most authentic expression of the vintage revealing the beauty of the Rhône Valley by handcrafting wines with exceptional freshness and elegance.
