Expanded portfolio and new branding launches

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new portfolio, which incorporates the wines of H2Vin, the London-based fine wine specialist. We are also evolving our branding to reflect our direction and ambitions better.

We have onboarded 70 new producers over the last several months, adding 500 new wines to our portfolio, significantly diversifying and developing the quality of our offering from classic regions, especially from the Loire, Burgundy and the Rhône.

Fergal Tynan MW, Chief Executive, comments, “It has been an exciting 6 months since we acquired H2Vin and welcomed Christian Honorez and Matt Wilkin MS, as well as so many highly regarded and sought after wineries to the Alliance family. As of the 1st of April, the newly combined portfolio is available to all our customers from our warehouse with next-day delivery.”

He continues, “At our recent tastings, we were able to show many of the new wineries alongside our existing selection, highlighting the compelling strengths of the combined portfolio. The breadth and depth of this new portfolio was received very positively. Whilst the biggest changes this year are in the classic regions of France, we have seen significant strengthening from the likes of Maçanita Vinhos (Portugal), Gavalas Winery (Santorini), Domaine Chatzivaritis (Goumenissa), Tegernseerhof (Wachau), Weingut Karthäuserhof (Mosel), August Kesseler (Rheingau) and Bell Hill (Canterbury).”

“It was also a great chance to launch our new branding, which more clearly reflects and communicates our ambition to be the authoritative wine partner for the premium on trade and independent retail.”

“Soft launching the new branding at our recent tastings was a great opportunity to share the new imagery with our customers. The full rollout of the branding can now take advantage of the natural moment as we launch the newly combined portfolio. It’s really satisfying to be starting 2025 with these things in place to continue to communicate the evolution of the business.” explains James Mackenzie, Head of UK Marketing.

“With the integration successfully completed, we feel very positive that Alliance is in the best place possible to support our customers’ growth whilst pursuing our ambition to be the trade’s preferred wine partner. We have lots more exciting things to share as we showcase the new additions to the portfolio through events and other activities in the coming months. I can’t wait to talk to more customers about the opportunities this represents.” concludes Fergal.
