Viticulture
A terroir with great potential, the wines of Ventoux benefit from a vineyard site with an exceptional biodiversity. These wines have a wide aromatic palette and a great fresh feeling that comes from the Mediterranean climate, tempered by the Ventoux massifs.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. Each grape variety is vinified separately with traditional methods. A temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation with a two to three weeks maceration period. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in concrete. Blending is immediately followed by bottling.
